Job Outline:
Acting as the liaison officer between customers, technical and operational staff on behalf of the company.Preparing proposals to customers, confirming appointments, quotations, and confirmation of orders.Booking installations, Maintenance, and survey visits to client’s premises by operations and technical staff.Analysing feedback from any client communications and provide an immediate solution to enhance customer retention.Providing clients, prospects and customers with an effective security solution that is suitable for the protection of their property.Managing, operating, and keeping the company sales database up to date.Promoting and selling all company products through increasing emphasis on new sales of innovative security solutions (electronic and manned security)Ensuring that new clients pay Pre-service fee or Initial deposit of the first month to the company.Assisting in debt collection for clients that are not making their payments in time.Any other duty assigned by the management.

The Sales and Marketing Executive, Rwanda is accountable to the sales and customer service Manager, Rwanda for their responsibilities stated in this job description. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of their KPIs.
A recognized formal education in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales or related fields.Two (2) Years Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Professional, excellent customer service, and dedicated to resolve client concernsSales-oriented, self-driven, positive, and confident.Ability to meet targets and hungry for success,Ability to maintain strict confidentialityGood communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English.Be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a professional and Business driven team.
Excellent communication skills.Must be presentableStable career history.Good telephone etiquette.Able to act professionally always.Maintain strict confidentialityMust be computer literate.Ability to work under pressure and self-drivenBe a Rwandan by nationality.
